My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas and with a beautiful rooftop terrace offering great views, the service left much to be desired. I had significant issues during my stay concerning room availability and power outages, which really impacted my experience. However, the breakfast was outstanding, and the building itself was luxurious.

My room was clean and comfortable, although it felt a bit dark at night. Overall, the experience was very good, but there were a few small details that could have made it perfect, like a slightly better bathroom setup and a bit more light in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel in Arequipa. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the main plaza and surrounded by great local restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit small, and the staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced, with plenty of options to choose from. However, I did wish the room had better lighting and perhaps a bit more space overall.
