My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas and with a beautiful rooftop terrace offering great views, the service left much to be desired. I had significant issues during my stay concerning room availability and power outages, which really impacted my experience. However, the breakfast was outstanding, and the building itself was luxurious.
